Fur Trade Frontier | A Vintage Digital Scrapbook Collection

Fur Trade Frontier Digital Scrapbook Collection by ADB Designs

My husband and I visit Vermont frequently; we have family there AND it is a beautiful state with many wonderful places to visit. When I think of Vermont my mind immediately sees the amazing blaze of colors that cover the mountains in autumn, the lodge fireplace, and the horse-drawn sleighs at Stowe in winter, and food…homemade applesauce and pancakes dripping with butter and maple syrup, and rich white cheddar from Cabot.

One of the BEST places to trek (my opinion only LOL) is a narrow path through thousand-foot cliffs, once a smuggling route for Vermont rum runners into Canada, and now a park used for biking, hiking, picnicking and rock climbing. Smuggler’s Notch road is closed by snow in winter and is not kept open for vehicles, so only those with skis or snowshoes can get through. The Smugglers Notch ski resort is on the north side of the notch; to get there in winter you must drive all the way around the mountain.

Smuggler’s Notch Trail was released in 2015. The packaging has changed a few times over the years but the versatility of this collection will never go out of style. It is perfect for digital scrapbook pages of family vacations, relaxing autumn walks, or any outdoor photos. The bold colors are a perfect backdrop for black and white or vintage sepia photos.
