June is the time for weddings. I have 2 wedding invitations on my calendar for 2019. Weddings are all about new beginnings, the promise of a long and happy future together, and hopefully a joyous occasion for all. Weddings today are very different than they were when our parents and grandparents “tied the knot”.

Weddings are one of my favorite things to scrap. Regardless of how much planning goes in up front, there is always at least one crisis before the day is over. One moment or perhaps one hour of heightened stress where someone thinks everything might fall apart any second and then it’s gone as quickly as it came.

These are the best stories. These are the stories that may not make it to the next generation if we don’t do an outstanding job of telling them now.
